NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Electronic proposals will be received by the Board of Lucas County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio, at their office, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604 at 10:00 am local time on Thursday, December 10, 2020 and opened immediately thereafter for the performance on all labor, in compliance with section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in accordance with the plans and specifications for Kilburn Road Phase 2 Resurfacing & Shoulder Improvement, PID #109391.
