The Unknown Successor Trustee and or/Beneficiaries of the James P. Owczarzak and Karen D. Lipscomb Living Trust dated May 25, 1999, whose last known address is unknown, and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 14th day of June, 2012, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-3 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio in Case No. CI0201203819, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit:
PPN: 22-37097; Property Address: 1938 Ketner Avenue, Toledo, OH 43613, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 20041220-0101367, of this County Recorder's Office.
You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 31st day of July, 2012.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
