LEGAL NOTICE Benjamin N. Hoen, Attorney In the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI201902275 BMO Harris Bank, NA., successor by merger to M&I Bank, FSB, Plaintiff vs Craig D. Cliff, et al., Defendants To: Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouse, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Regan K. Cliff, deceased, you will take notice that on the 30th day of April, 2019, the Plaintiff filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio being Case No. G-4801-CI-201902275-000, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $37,793.46 plus interest at 9.840 % per annum from August 15, 2018, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 660 McIntyre Lane, Maumee, OH 43537, being Permanent Parcel No. 36-72227. The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
