The Defendant(s), Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Johnnie L Hunt; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Johnnie L Hunt, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on July 15, 2019, the Plaintiff, US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS9, filed its Complaint in Case No.: CI0201903083, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 834 N Detroit Avenue, Toledo, OH 43607; PPN: 02-29147, (“Real Estate”) and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant(s), Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Johnnie L Hunt; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Johnnie L Hunt, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 20th day of September, 2019.
In the event that the Defendant(s), Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Johnnie L Hunt; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Johnnie L Hunt, fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
