NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF MULTICHILL TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Notice is hereby given that on or about September 18, 2019, the undersigned MULTICHILL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., an Ohio corporation (the “Corporation”), filed its Certificate of Dissolution with the Ohio Secretary of State of Ohio.
All claims shall be presented in writing and shall identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the Corporation of the substance of the claim.

The deadline for submitting the claims, which is not less than sixty (60) days after the date this notice is given, is December 15, 2019.
Any claim not received by the Corporation will be barred.
The Corporation may make distributions to other creditors or claimants, including distributions to the shareholders of the Corporation, without further notice to the claimant.
