Veronica Paul, whose present place of residence is unknown to Plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on January 18, 2019, Deanna Chinnis, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint and on January 28, 2019 an Amended Complaint with Request for Production of Documents in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43624-1678, where the same is now pending in Case No. CI0201901188, and thereby commenced a civil action against them for damages arising out of a motor vehicle collision on January 22, 2017, in which Plaintiff was injured occurring at Reynolds Road in Toledo, County of Lucas, Ohio.
The relief demanded is for judgment for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence presented.
The person(s) first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendant(s) to this action, and that they are required to answer the Amended Complaint with Request for Production of Documents within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 22nd day of November, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint with Request for Production of Documents.
