Javier Peterson, whose last known place of residence is 2707 Rexton Ridge Circle, Toledo, Ohio 43617, and whose present place of residence is unknown to Plaintiff and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on November 20, 2018, Plaintiff The NOCO Company filed a Complaint in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, where the same is now pending in Case No. 3:18-CV-02708 and thereby commenced a civil action against them for declaratory judgment/injunctive relief, unfair competition, tortious interference with contract, trademark infringement, trademark dilution, Ohio deceptive trade practices deceptive trade practices and copyright infringement.
The relief demanded is for $150,000.00 judgment for compensatory and special damages based upon the evidence presented.
The person(s) first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendant(s) to this action, and that they are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-one days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 27th day of November, 2019.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
