TO Howard Dalton, residence unknown and his/her unknown heirs:
You are hereby notified as a next of kin and/or beneficiary under the Will of Juanita K Holman, deceased, that decedent’s Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on the 7th day of July, 2016, being Case No. 2016EST1317. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
Any action to contest the validity of said Will must be brought within three months after the fiduciary has filed a certificate with the Court, that notice has been given to all next of kin and beneficiaries of decedent’s Will.
