The Defendant(s), Sand Canyon Corporation fka Option One Mortgage Corporation, whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on October 5, 2016, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006 OPT2, Mortgage-Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2, filed its Complaint in Case No.: CI0201604535, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4654 Vallejo Drive, Toledo, OH 43615, PPN: 12-39254 (“Real Estate”) and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant(s), Sand Canyon Corporation fka Option One Mortgage Corporation, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 1st day of December, 2016.
In the event that the Defendant(s), Sand Canyon Corporation fka Option One Mortgage Corporation, fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
