LEGAL NOTICE Edward L. Snyder, Attorney In the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, Case No. CI0201204111 Pythian Sisters of Whitehouse Temple Number 312, Plaintiff vs Charles B. Demuth, Michael Goodman and J. Emmons Pray, et al., Defendants To: Charles B. Demuth, Michael Goodman and J. Emmons Pray, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Personal Representative, Assigns, or Successors to Charles B. Demuth, Michael Goodman, and J. Emmons Pray, whose addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertain, will each take notice that on July 3, 2012, Pythian Sisters of Whitehouse Temple Number 312 filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio where the same is now pending as Case No. CI0201204111, and thereby commenced an civil action to quiet title by Adverse Possession and/or Expiration of License (eg driveway agreement) in the following described real property: That part of Lot number ninety-four (94) in the Village of Whitehouse, Lucas County, Ohio bounded and described as follows: Thirty (30) feet off from the north end of Lot number ninety-four (94) in the original plat in the Village of Whitehouse, County of Lucas, State of Ohio: Commencing at the northwest corner of said lot; thence running due east to the northeast corner of said Lot number ninety-four (94); thence south thirty (30) feet; thence due west to the west line of said lot on Providence Street; thence north along said Providence Street to the place of beginning. TD# 98-10834. The relief prayed for in the Complaint is that the Defendants answer the Complaint and set forth their respective interest in the subject real property or be forever barred from asserting same and that Plaintiff’s titles be forever quieted against any claim, estate or interest of Defendants, and all others claiming through or under them, and for such other relief that the court deems proper. The Defendants are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 26th day of September, 2012, or judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
