You are hereby notified that Colleen M Wagner died on August 28, 2019, that Colleen M Wagner’s Will was admitted to probate by this Court located in the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given to all next of kin and other interested parties, as required by Section 2107.19(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not Waive this notice. You are receiving this notice as a person who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent, had the decedent died intestate.
After a certificate is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate.
