The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, Plaintiff vs Suzanne Murra aka Suzanne J Murra, et al., Defendants Defendants, Suzanne Murra aka Suzanne J Murra, and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Suzanne Murra aka Suzanne J Murra, whose last known address is 5544 Westowne Court, Toledo, OH 43615, will take notice that on October 22, 2019, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, Plaintiff, filed its Complaint in Case No. CI0201904185, in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Suzanne Murra aka Suzanne J Murra, and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Suzanne Murra aka Suzanne J Murra, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 5544 Westowne Court, Toledo, OH 43615-1922; PPN: 78-66917. The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
