IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPLAINT OF EDWIN BOGGS FOR EXONERATION FROM, OR LIMITATION OF, LIABILITY
Notice is hereby given that Petitioner, Edwin Boggs, has filed a Complaint pursuant to 46 U.S.C. §30505, claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising out of a casualty occurring on September 21, 2019, on Sandusky Bay in Ottawa County, Ohio, involving a 2008 Chaparral Signature 270 motor boat, Hull Identification Number FBGX0393H708 (hereinafter “the CHAPARRAL”).
Persons having claims against Petitioner or the CHAPARRAL arising out of the above described casualty must file them, and any claimant desiring to contest the Petitioner’s Complaint must file an answer to said Complaint, all as required by Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, with the Clerk of this Court at Toledo Ohio, and serve upon or mail to Petitioner’s attorneys, Tonkin & Mondl, L.C., and James K. Mondl, 701 Market Street, Suite 260, St. Louis, Missouri 63101, jmondl@tonkinmondl.com, a copy of the claim on or before February 29, 2020, or be defaulted. Personal attendance is not required.
