You are hereby notified that Anna G Grant aka Anna Grace Grant died on January 3, 2018, and that Sarah Haberland filed an Application for Authority to Administer Estate in the Lucas County Probate Court located in the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604 on January 14, 2019, and that a hearing is scheduled for February 26, 2020 at 10:30 AM at said Court.
This notice is given, pursuant to an Order of said Court, to all persons who would be entitled to administer decedent’s estate whose priority of right to do so is equal or superior to that of applicant, who have not waived appointment to administer the estate.
