Electronic proposals will be received by the Board of Lucas County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio, at their office, One Government Center, Suite 800, Toledo, Ohio 43604 at 10:00 am local time on February 28, 2020 and opened immediately thereafter for the 2020-2021 Mowing Agreement.
