TO: Charles A. Bury, II, and the Unknown Next of Kin, Heirs,
Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Estate Personal Representatives and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or incompetent Heirs (and their Assigns) of Charles A. Bury, II and Carol R. Bury, deceased.
You are hereby notified that Carol R. Bury died on February 19, 2019, and that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Ottawa County, Ohio on April 29, 2019; and that on April 29, 2019 Christopher A. Bury was appointed Executor of the decedent's estate by that Court. The Court is located at 315 Madison Street, Room 306, Port Clinton, OH 43452.
This notice is given, pursuant to an Order of said Court, to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not Waive Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court.
Any action to contest the validity of said Will must be brought within three months after the Executor or his Attorney files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
