You are hereby notified that on November 12, 2019, Douglas A Taylor, Guardian of the Estate of Brian L Benschoter, an Incompetent Adult, Plaintiff, has filed a Complaint to Sale Real Estate in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio, Probate Division being Case No. 2019ADV2140, praying for sale of the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the Defendant(s) Brian L Benschoter, has or claims to have an interest:

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 16th day of April, 2020.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
