To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of Robert L. Newton, aka Robert L. Newton, Jr., whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:
Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its amended Complaint on the 3rd day of March, 2020.
The object of the amended Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under 1 mortgage against the following described real estate:
Situated in Springfield Township, Lucas County, Ohio:
Being Lot Number One Hundred Ninety-three (193) in Heather Glen Plat 5, a Subdivision in Springfield Township, Lucas County, Ohio in accordance with Volume 120 of Plats, Page 30.

The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendant Angella Newton and against the real estate owned by Robert Newton, now deceased, in the amount of $8,688.03 plus interest at the rate of 7.750% (variable) per annum from November 29, 2019; costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
You are required to answer the amended Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice setting forth whatever right, title or interest you have or may claim to have in the aforementioned premises or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same. The publication will be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 16th day of April, 2020.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the amended Complaint.
