Quicken Loans, Inc., Plaintiff vs Matthew G Mounts, et al., Defendants Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of Matthew G Mounts, whose last known address is 836 Mayfair Boulevard, Toledo, OH 43612, will take notice that on May 6, 2019, Quicken Loans, Inc., Plaintiff, filed its Amended Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County, Ohio in Case No. CI-201902257, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit: PPN: 02-62111; Property address: 836 Mayfair Boulevard, Toledo, OH 43612 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 20150319-0010385, of the Lucas County Recorder's Office. You are required to answer the Amended Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 9th day of July, 2019.
