In the Matter of the Estate of Patricia Ann Myler, Deceased
TO Patricia K Myler:
You are hereby notified that Patricia Ann Myler died on June 1, 2014, and that the decedent’s Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Ohio on December 12, 2018; and that on December 12, 2018, Jacqueline Audrey Myler Hardenbrook was appointed Fiduciary of the decedent’s estate by that Court. The Court is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas County Courthouse, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604.
This notice is given, pursuant to an Order of said Court, to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate as required by Section 2107.19 of the Ohio Revised Code, who do not Waive Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court.
Any action to contest the validity of said Will must be brought within three months after the Fiduciary or her Attorney files a Certificate of Service of Notice of Probate of Will in the Probate Court, evidencing the giving of this Notice.
